Testimonials From Former Students

Hugh,

THANK YOU!!! I PASSED THE TEXAS BAR EXAM!!! Thank you so much for your undying support. Your individualized attention and constant encouragement kept my spirits high. The Bar would have been near impossible without your mnemonics and memory devices. I've recommended your program to everyone I know. Thank you again - you've given me my life back!

The subject program allowed me to pass the Alabama Bar Examination on the first try. I highly recommend the five month small class tutorial program for all bar applicants as a method to significantly enhance the probability of your passing the Bar. This program allows the student to thoroughly cover all topics and practice answering all types of multiple choice and essay questions that have been tested on past recent examinations. Attorney-coaches provide feedback and helpful suggestions to enhance your study and examination practice efforts. The study materials and copies of past examinations with appropriate answers are provided, and the student does not have to spend critical study time researching and organizing the documents that should be reviewed. Key legal elements are highlighted in the program by the use of pneumonic and acoustic memory aids.

My personal review for the Bar Examination required emphasis on the essay sections. The subject program allowed for this emphasis, provide attorney-coach feedback on my essays, provided suggested methods to best answer essay questions, and allowed for significant practice in answering a multitude of essay questions. Critical issues and rules of law were reviewed. I personally believe that review of just MBE multiple-choice questions and topics is not sufficient to adequately prepare for the essay examinations. An essay strategy must be included in your study program, and I highly recommend the Reed Law Group's approach.

In summary, on the day that I finished the examination, I felt that I had passed. Further, when I received the actual results, I passed on the first try by my achieving a score 10% higher than required on both the multiple-choice (MBE) and essay (BBE) sections of the Bar Examination . The Reed Law Group's approach that I followed during the five months prior to the examination was instrumental in my results and I highly recommend their program to future Bar candidates.

Thanks again. You rock!

I just wanted to let you know I passed the bar, scoring a 314.1 - all I needed was a 270! Thanks for your help. I couldn't have done it without PassYourBar.

I FINALLY PASSED THE BAR!!! I would like to say thank you to Hugh Reed and the PYB staff. You are the greatest!!

Your mnemonics truly made a difference when it came to me memorizing and managing the vast amounts of information I needed to pass. I was a one-on-one student and I can truly say that the program was tailored to fit my learning style and visual disability.

When I signed up with PassYourBar , I was visually impaired. But as I was studying for the exam, I lost sight in one of my eyes. Hugh and the PYB staff made it a point to do everything they could to help me get the correct accommodations I needed to study and take the exam. Hugh encouraged me to continue on despite what was happening. He told me I could do it and I have done it!! I can honestly say that there were times when Hugh believed in me and my abilities more than I did. Hugh is a man of great character.

Just remember the word Gambaru (a Japanese word that means never give up) the next time you start to doubt yourself and your abilities.

I will tell anyone who will listen that PassYourBar is the way to go and that they should not waste their time or money with those other bar review courses.

Enrolling in PassYourBar was the best decision I could have made!!

If there is no such thing as a magic formula to pass the bar exam, Passyourbar is the next best thing. Just thinking about all the material that has to be understood and memorized can be a daunting and seemingly insurmountable task. Passyourbar helps you overcome those negative thoughts by setting you out on the right path armed with the most relevant course materials. They then help you stay on that path up until exam day by steering you in the right direction when you drift off course or require clarification on a confusing area of law. I highly recommend Passyourbar to anyone who is serious about passing the bar on their first (and last) try.

Hugh -

Many thanks to you and the Pass Your Bar material for helping me pass the Illinois bar on the first try. Your material and study techniques helped ease my stress and allowed me to come out of the exam feeling very comfortable and confident with my efforts. With Pass Your Bar I was able to study at my own pace and didn't have to waste my time in overcrowded lecture halls to learn the material. The guided self study program was both highly organized and extremely beneficial to my success.

THANK YOU!!!!

Dear Hugh and PYB staff,

I finally passed the bar! I cannot say enough about you and your program. I tell anyone and everyone who will listen not to waste their time or money with other bar prep programs. I only wish that I had found you earlier (say in law school). The program is phenomenal and worth every single penny!!!! The constant reinforcement, encouragement and consideration given to me by you and your staff was what made a difference. I truly am impressed that you will work with students no matter how long it takes them to pass. And to think I passed 5 weeks after having a baby and tending to a toddler!

Thanks again. You rock!

PassYourBar is the most innovative and personalized bar exam course available. Your one-on-one tutoring sessions offer a productive mixture of motivational feedback and critical assessment. Your personalized essay and MBE sessions are essential for excelling on the bar exam. Your program was the prime factor in my ability to pass the Texas bar on my first try and by a substantial margin. I highly recommend your personalized tutoring sessions to other examinees.

Hey Hugh,

Well to start out with I passed the California Bar Exam. Many thanks to Pass Your Bar and all the help provided by your staff. The Pass Your Bar system of mnemonics and essay writing, made writing the essays for the California Bar a snap. At times I almost felt things were too easy but then again it’s like you said, "Can't accomplish on Sunday what you haven't prepared for all week." Sure enough I was well prepared for everything the state bar wanted to throw at me.

Dear Hugh,

After being out of law school 11 years and practicing law in Oklahoma, I decided to take the Texas Bar exam. I went with another bar review and failed the February exam. Hugh, you and PassYourBar helped me raise my total score 72 points and pass the July exam with flying colors while I was working full time and raising two small children! Your tutoring style and materials were fantastic; you really know what it takes to prepare for this exam. Thank you!

Dear Hugh,

I wanted to extend a big thanks to you and your wonderful staff. I passed the July Minnesota Bar Exam and could not have done it without your help. I participated in the small class tutorials and they were very helpful. Thank you for developing such a great study program. PassYourBar gave me the confidence and support I needed going into the exam. I will definitely recommend PassYourBar to anyone who is planning on taking the bar exam.

Dear Hugh,

I just want to say thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me…I PASSED THE BAR! I really couldn’t have passed the bar without you! I just found out and I’m absolutely elated. You were right – you said if I did everything you told me to do, I would pass the bar. Well, I did exactly what you told me to do and I was successful! Thank you so much and I will recommend your program to everyone I know. I hope all is well and I would love to hear from you!

Hey Hugh and Staff,

I wanted to let you know that I passed the Florida Bar on my first try. I wanted to thank you and your staff for all your help and confidence over the summer. I participated in the small class and found the set up of the program easy to follow and stick to. I followed the program and felt that I was improving as the time was getting closer to the bar exam. The staff and my tutor were very helpful and always responded quickly to my questions or requests.

Thank you,

Dear Hugh,

I don’t even know how to thank you enough. I am finally free. I was in such despair after having failed the Multistate Bar Exam twice. After having passed the essay portion of the Florida Bar Exam on my first try, the Multistate was a huge battle. I remember wondering if it would ever happen. I decided to enroll in your one-on-one multistate tutoring program -- I increased my score by over 10 points. I received a 147 to be exact. Your program works wonders. Two weeks before the July bar exam, I was rushed to the hospital and needed emergency surgery. I thought I was definitely out of the running. I was released from the hospital 3 DAYS before the exam, and even after not being able to study for over a week so close the administration of the exam, I listened to the extra points CD and passed with flying colors. If I can do it, you can too. Please, invest in your legal career and use PassYourBar.com. It’s the best decision you can ever make. Please have any student contact me regarding your program.

Hugh,

I just wanted to write a quick email to let you know that I passed the California Bar!!! I also wanted to thank you and all of your tutors. Your program is amazing! You and your entire staff are so wonderful and helpful and I will definitely recommend your program to everyone I know that is planning on taking a future bar exam. I have a great job at Gordon & Rees that was basically dependent on whether or not I passed and I did. I actually have a court appearance next week after I get sworn in!

Dear Hugh and Staff,

I am forever grateful to Hugh and his staff at Pass Your Bar. I passed the Alabama bar exam after three unsuccessful attempts. The volumes and volumes of materials to prepare for the exam became manageable with Pass Your Bar. The study materials made sense on each of the subjects with great outlines and summaries on the important points. A hallmark of Pass Your Bar is the guidance in learning the needed material to pass rather than obscure information. I wish I could have started Pass Your Bar on the first day of law school. Again, thanks to Hugh and the staff for such positive reinforcement throughout the course.

Dear Hugh:

I passed the New Jersey bar exam! I am so very grateful for your help, advice and tips through the process of preparation for the bar exam. You not only guided and coached me, but were always available to answer a question. Every bit of advice was tremendously effective and helpful for my success. The program was designed to be as "pain free" as possible, so that I actually enjoyed listening to the audios and following the outline.

Thank you so very much!!!! I am so glad that I chose your bar review course.

Thank you and God bless

Hugh and staff,

Thank you so much for all of your help with my Texas Bar preparation! Your program is second to none and was vital to my success! One of the many reasons I chose you was because those "other" prep courses DID NOT offer individualized attention. I know because I called them. Your mnemonics and acrostics truly made the difference when it came to my memorizing and recalling (under exam stress) the mass amounts of information I needed to pass. Also, your materials were organized in a way that made what seemed like the impossible, manageable. If I had it to do over again, I don't thanks to you, I would certainly choose your program hands down!

Thanks again.

What can I say, Pass Your Bar has a proven method that works! You don't have to re-invent the wheel, nor any outlines for that matter. They teach you what the bar exam tests for and how they test you on those subjects. If you put in the work and time, you will certainly not be disappointed. With their one-on-one tutoring, you get specialized help that is tailored to your weaknesses and to your schedule. The cost was worth every penny and was the best investment I made for my career!

Dear Hugh,

I am so thrilled right now it is hard to find the words to thank you. On my fifth grueling attempt I finally passed the Texas bar. My MBE score improved by 22 points and my overall by 33 points! The mnemonics and simple outlines helped me recall the law under the pressure of the exam and your personal attention to my situation gave me the sense of confidence and self assurance that I needed to pass. I know that if I had taken barbri or pmbr yet again I would still be in the same position I was a year ago and that was not a happy time. Thanks to your program I can get on with my life as an attorney!

Dear PYB,

Please have anyone and everyone who has questions about PassYourBar contact me. Hugh, Michelle, and the staff at PassYourBar helped me more than I can ever explain. The best day of my life was when I passed the bar and you all made that happen. Seriously, I can never explain or thank you for what you have done for me. I never want anyone to go through the pain I went through from failing the bar the first time. Barbri is such a scam, how dare they con so many people when there is a program like this!! A million thanks for helping me accomplish my dream.

Dear Hugh,

Having taken the bar 3 times without coming close to passing, my motivation as well as confidence had dwindled. I felt as if there was a huge mountain in front of me with no way of climbing it. I was desperate for help and I knew Barbri was not the way to go considering I had enrolled all three times before failing each bar. I looked online and came across PassYourBar.com. After speaking with Hugh and doing a little research on my own I decided to take the plunge and go for it with PassYourBar. It was the best move I could have made!! Hugh's lectures, course materials, and essay format were so incredibly helpful. My score on my essays improved by almost 50% and my score on my multiple choices improved immensely as well!! I passed the Bar on the fourth try with plenty of points to spare!! I will never forget the help and motivation of PassYourBar. Hugh and his team truly have the formula for beating the Bar and I can't say enough of how helpful PassYourBar's program was.

With immense gratitude,

Dear Hugh,

Thank you so much for having such a great bar exam prep course. I passed the Summer 2006 Texas Bar Exam, with allot of points to spare! The reason I failed my first attempt at the Texas bar exam was my low essay scores. I went to law school in Louisiana and knew very little about Texas State law. I was extremely discouraged until I found out about your course and purchased the self-study Texas audio course. This course helped me focus on the material that was actually going to be on the exam, instead of overwhelming me with masses of information. I found the handouts to be extremely helpful. The mnemonics, such as Farm Animals Play Cards Nightly (that was my favorite), really helped jog my memory on essay day! I had an organized plan of attack for each essay subject, that I did not have before. I recommend your course highly.

Dear Hugh:

I passed!!! You and your tutors are wonderful!!! You helped me focus me on the "big points" so I could increase my MBE score. I completed all of the practice MBEs and went in averaging well above anything I had done before. My score increased by 12 points!! I was told that the MBE score "never increases more than 2 or 3 points" by a seasoned BarBri lecturer. You proved him wrong. I scored 139.3 and only needed 133 to pass. You and your tutors helped me develop a masterful study program. I had followed the study program provided by BarBri and PMBR but they never helped me recognize specific areas of weakness (for example in consideration for contracts). I just kept answering questions and getting them wrong. The mini-bars online and the analysis you provided for my MBE answers were superb in helping me focus my studying especially because I worked while studying for the bar. Your mnemonics and pictures were great very helpful. I could memorize quickly then master the area. The DUIMULE is implanted in my mind forever. I can't say enough and will definitely recommend you to anyone I know studying for the bar. Continue to give hope to those who are not natural born standardized test takers but are willing to work very hard.

To Prospective Bar Candidates:

I scored a 166 on the MBE with Pass Your Bar. I started with traditional bar review courses and only later found out about PassYourBar.com’s One-on-One program. By the end, I wondered to myself: why do people waste time and money with the other bar review alternatives? The best materials are the PASS YOUR BAR materials. I attribute my success to Hugh Reed’s audio materials, hard work, Hugh’s own copyrighted practice questions, as well as released questions by the NCBE. If you are ready to put in the necessary work, and listen to what Hugh tells you to do daily, there is no way you will fail with this program.

PassYourBar provides you all the artillery you need to go to war against the bar exam!"

Dear Hugh and Staff,

Thanks for your help. I passed the Florida bar examination after I used your program. Your frequent contacts, memory devices, and guidance helped me do that.

I had previously taken another preparation course, but failed the examination after that course. I failed then not because of a lack of study. I was an older student, and thought that perhaps it was too late in my life to be able to pass a bar examination. Not so with your help.

Thanks again,

Hugh,

I graduated in the bottom quarter of my law school class. Statistically, the cards were stacked against me after graduating from a school with the lowest pass rate in the state. But thanks to your program, I'm on my way to being a lawyer! Thanks to you and the entire PassYourBar staff. I'm trying to spread the PassYourBar gospel whenever I can.

I graduated in 2005 from a California law school known for its high bar pass rates. Like everyone else, I took BarBri thinking that was the sure way to pass. After taking out yet another student loan to finance my bar prep, I didn't pass. A few months later, I moved to Texas and geared up for the Texas bar, determined to do it right this time. I started getting mailings from passyourbar.com, saw the testimonials, and thought that maybe this was a fluke! But, after looking at the website, I decided to give it a try. There are many options to choose from, so I chose a program that focused on Texas essay subjects. Throughout my studying, everyone at PassYourBar was incredibly helpful (Hugh even called me personally once!). When I sat for the bar, I applied everything I learned and couldn't believe how much I actually remembered. I sincerely believe it was thanks to your program that I passed. And I didn't just pass; I had several points to spare -- no where near my California experience! If I ever move to another state, I'd know who to call for my bar prep.

Thanks,

A.L.

Dear Hugh,

...if at first you don't succeed....don't despair. Your tutoring made the all the difference from the traditional bar reviews I used first. Your mnemonics, checklists, and memory devices allowed me to pass the California bar exam with plenty of extra points to spare. I knew I passed when I finished the exam!

Robyn Trivon, Attorney
Lincoln Law School

Hugh,

Thanks a million! Allowing me five months to study with you instead of trying to cram all the information in two months really helped me learn what has been tested on past California Bar Exams. Also, the flexibility of studying when I wanted to access the information 24/7 and then talking to my tutor/coach when it was convenient for me, instead of commuting to a bar review site and just taking notes, helped me tremendously with my clerkship and the ability to resolve questions I had quickly.

I passed on my first attempt!

Ken Oshura, Attorney
Southwestern Law School

Dear Hugh,

Thank you very much for your help! My scores on the Texas bar exam was an astounding 741 (you only need 675 to pass) with a 143 on the MBE, a marked improvement over last time. =) The areas you told us to concentrate on during our last few calls were exactly what I needed to know on the MBE and the essay section of the exam.

My scores would probably have been higher if I had finished answering all the questions on the first day. I know, there is no excuse for not finishing... I got carried away with the topics and lost track of time.

I am very glad that I took your review class and should have taken it the first time around. It would have saved me a lot of time and money.

Best Regards,

For those of you reading this who may be skeptical, YOU MUST STRONGLY CONSIDER PassYourBar as your bar review course. Why not do it right the first time? You cannot afford to take your bar exam more than once, it is just too important.

I enrolled in the one-on-one course and a PassYourBar attorney called me three times a week to answer my questions and check my progress. This was a huge motivator for me. PassYourBar really cares about your performance on the bar exam. You will not be just a number. This bar review will set you up for success.

I also found the PassYourBar mnemonics and memory devices to be very useful for the essay portion of the exam. My study time was cut in half, compared to my colleagues. Plus with PassYourBar I knew that I was studying what would actually appear on the bar exam, not useless information. The best features for me were the MBE practice exams. I took at least 5 practice exams. I always knew what areas I was making progress in and which areas I needed to study harder in. I am grateful that there is a program like this that welcomes all learning styles. Please consider this program before you select your bar review course.

Hugh,

Thank you for the one-on-one tutorial course that helped me pass the Alabama Bar Exam. Thanks to your program I made a 140 on the MBE and a 147 on the written portion of the Alabama Bar Exam. I had taken so many simulated MBEs that the actual MBE was not a big deal. The mnemonics, checklists, and other essay training also gave me plenty of material to work with on the written portion. I left the Alabama Bar Exam knowing that I had passed. I think that anybody who wants to pass the bar exam the first time should take your bar review. Your daily guidance and direction was the key to my success.

Hugh Reed's Bar Prep course is the only preparation for the bar exam you need. I wisely invested the money for the individualized tutored course because I only wanted to do this once! Unlike other courses, I was able to start mid-March for the July bar exam, followed the instructions, turned in my work product for continuous assessment, and passed the bar exam – all while working full-time and finishing law school. The method is clear, concise, and tailored to the bar exam – no surprises! I passed the first time because I was prepared; you can do the same.

JPC, Attorney at Law

Yes, I passed the Texas Bar Exam!!!!!!!

PassYourBar.com and the one-on-one tutorials with Hugh Reed were the key to my success. I was able to study and prepare for the exam in my own home at my own pace. Hugh's one-on-one instruction was so helpful, he was able to help me with weak area's and then reinforce the material later to make sure I was clear.

Taking simulated MBEs under timed conditions several times before the actual exam took the anxiety out of the real MBE on the bar exam. The essay preparation was awesome. I wished I would have known the method Hugh teaches while I was in law school!

Overall, it was by far the best investment I made. Now, I can reap the benefits of all the hard work.

Dear Hugh

Thank you so very, very much! After being away from law for twenty years, your bar review course gave me the information and the insight to pass the Texas Bar exam the first time. Your method is proven and reliable....what I studied was what I needed. The handouts you provided were on target; I was able to prepare SMARTLY for the bar examination AND feel confident about my knowledge level and strategies.

I would recommend PassYourBar.com for any student, old or young, recent grad or not, who wants to pass the bar without question. Simply put, IT WORKS!!

Hugh -- THANKS A MILLION!!!

Once again, I want to thank you for your exceptional program and your ability to have created what should be regarded as the highest ranking bar exam study course available. I could not have improved my score (an overall total of 87 points) by having repeated the BAR/BRI study course or with PMBR.

When I saw my name on the pass list Wednesday, I could not even speak (and the ability to speak is not something lawyers lack) I was so elated that I can now move on to my practice. I am opening my own firm on Ocean Drive in Corpus Christi, Texas --It couldn't get nay better. I am still floating from the excitement. But I owe it all to you and your program. I can't imagine anyone studying for the bar without your course. As a matter of fact, a friend of mine who was unsuccessful with BAR/BRI was contemplating trying BAR/BRI again. I convinced her to take your course and told her I was so confident she would pass that I would send her the referral fee that you sent me and did. SHE PASSED!!!!!

My son-in-law is a future law school candidate and I am paying his fee to take your course, not only for law school tutoring but for the bar exam as well. I have spoken to other people about your bar exam prep course and they have either signed up or a re preparing to do so. I am forever a fan of PassYourBar!!!!!!

Subject: I PASSED!!!

Hugh - What can I say? Thank you ever so much! Your program is truly worth its weight in gold, and the overall performance of your entire organization is so different and superior to the other bar reviews I had tried. I just wish I had known the "secret" the first time I took the bar!

Hugh,

I passed the Texas bar yesterday!!! I have to thank you for all of your guidance throughout this process.

At first I was skeptical about the program because it was not one of the "name brand" bar reviews. However, you were above and beyond what I imagined. Your one-on-one tutoring was amazing.

I took BAR/BRI and found that they gave too much information and expected you to cram it in your brain within two months--not realistic. As for PMBR, I thought that was a waste of time; end of story. Your mnemonics and acrostics are the way to go. If anyone reading this doubts Hugh's methods, become a believer because I was in your shoes once. Now, I just passed the bar and I owe it to Hugh.

Nathan Brown
UT

Hugh,

I want to thank you for everything you did to prepare me for the February bar exam.

Handwriting the issues and rules, memorizing the mnemonics, and participating in the interactive Q&A conference calls during the 2 weeks leading up to the exam were a lot of work, but had me squared away for the Alabama essays and the MEE. I stuck to your writing format and did well on content and time.

Our work for the MBE: studying only what is tested, targeting my weaknesses, polishing my strengths (what few there were), and practicing under testing conditions really helped; It was an efficient and effective method of studying.

The weekly individual calls kept my feet to the fire while still allowing me to set my own schedule.

Having bored you with all of the above, I wanted you to know that it resulted in a composite score of 155 including a scaled score of 168 on the MBE. There's no way I could have done it without your help.

Thanks so much!

Dear Hugh,

Thank you so much for helping me pass the Illinois bar exam. Your strategy was totally focused and practical. My MBE score jumped by so much that I entered (and left) that exam totally calm and collected. I highly recommend PYB!

Dear Hugh,

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I came to Pass Your Bar because I had to pass. My job was depending on it. I was an out of state bar applicant who never took a Florida law school course. You were able to provide the bottom line without having me read endless outlines. I learned the nuances of Florida law that I was not given in any other bar review course on the market. Your mnemonics are priceless when it came to taking the exam. I was able to recall everything I needed to know for the Florida exam. I wish that I had taken this course the first time I took the exam. I would recommend this to first time and repeat takers.

Thanks again!!

Dear Hugh,

I had failed the Kentucky bar exam three times and was ready to give up when I found out about PassYourBar. I had taken all the bar review courses they tell you about in law school and was obviously not pleased with the results.

I enrolled in the One-on-One session and got started. I spoke with you, Hugh, every day, worked countless questions that you assigned to me based on my performance, and listened to the CDs you provided me. I learned what areas were tested most and what areas to avoid. Everyone that had ever passed the bar told me that "it would all come together and you'll understand the law." It had never "came together for me" until I took this class. You told me exactly what to do based on my performance.

This time, I went into the bar exam with confidence and a feeling of being prepared. I saw plenty of questions I could handle easily based on your training, used the tactics I was taught in your course, and did not get discouraged in the middle of the exam. When I finished it was the first time that I had left with a feeling that I had a chance of passing. That feeling became a reality when I saw my results.

Take it from someone who has taken the other exam prep courses, this is the way to go! You don't have to wait for your second, third, fourth or even fifth time attempting to pass -- let Hugh help you pass the first time!

Thank you for letting me get on with my life.

A.H.
Appalachian School of Law

Dear Hugh,

I want to thank you for creating an outstanding bar review program! I finally passed the bar after sitting for it eight times using other traditional bar review programs; you name them, I took them. While other bar review programs wasted time trying to cover obscure areas of law, your program covers just the materials that are commonly and repeatedly tested. In fact, because of your individual attention, I discovered for the first time in my life that I was suffering from a sleeping disorder -- you sent me to a specialist after recognizing my inability to focus on assigned tasks. That alone was worth the tuition for one-on-one tutoring!

To All Prospective PassYourBar Students: Hugh will focus your studying like a laser beam to your problem areas. This is the key to studying for the bar exam. You will not waste time with subject areas that you are already comfortable with. If you are working a full time job and trying to studying for the exam, Hugh will definitely work with you on your schedule. I highly recommend his approach to studying for the Multistate Bar Exam and the essay part. I am convinced that if it were not for Hugh's guided program and materials I would not have passed.

Thanks again Hugh,

Dear Hugh,

Thank you so much for your excellent one-on-one tutoring. I just found out that I passed the Texas bar examination on my 1st attempt with plenty of points to spare! As you know, I could not afford to fail. I signed up for your one-on-one tutoring, BAR/BRI, and PMBR. While I attended a few BAR/BRI classes and reviewed some PMBR materials, it was your one-on-one tutoring and constant feedback that got me through the bar exam. After graduating from Harvard, and becoming a busy medical doctor, I decided to go to night law school to become a lawyer as well. Even though I had to practice medicine during the day in addition to studying for the bar at night, it was your tutoring and coaching in the evenings that prepared me for the Texas bar exam.

Thanks again,

Dear Hugh,

PassYourBar.com's innovative approach provided me with the tools I needed to pass the Texas Bar Exam on my fifth and final attempt. I would HIGHLY recommend your One-on-One program to anyone taking the Texas bar exam.

Thanks again!

Dear Hugh,

Thank you so much for the opportunity to participate in your program. Your techniques made the material manageable rather than overwhelming. After four unsuccessful attempts to pass the Texas Bar Exam, it was PassYourBar.com that made the difference. I am excited to say that I am a PassYourBar.com success story, and I would recommend PassYourBar.com to anyone preparing to take the Bar Exam.

Hi Hugh,

Just wanted to write and thank you so much for the program you have created.

After four unsuccessful attempts, I can tell you that your program made a huge difference in giving me focus on what I need to study. You make studying for the bar manageable without feeling overwhelmed at all. Most importantly, you still confidence in the students which is half the battle. By taking your course, I have passed the Michigan Bar and the Texas Bar. As a matter of fact my MBE score in Texas was 163!!!!!!

Thank you once again for all your assistance and I am a TRUE believer in your program. I would be happy to speak to any students that may be interested in the program.

Dear Hugh,

My part-time unaccredited law school has one of the lowest bar passage ratings in the United States. PYB’s coaching and method helped me pass the Alabama State Bar on my first try with plenty of points to spare. Thank you for everything you did and I will certainly recommend PYB to any candidates I meet.

Take it easy,

JB

Dear Hugh,

I want to thank you personally for your excellent materials and flashcards. I passed the Florida Bar with flying colors! Your materials and flashcards were extremely helpful and helped me improve my MBE score by 10 points. I had compared your materials with PMBR and BAR/BRI and your materials were the best, For example, BAR/BRI (perhaps one can call it negligence) was silent on larceny merging into robbery. No indication of such merger! You can see the Conviser materials.

Keep up the good work!

Best regards,

JR, Attorney

Hugh!

I just wanted to tell you that I just passed the Utah Bar now too after you prepared me for the Illinois Bar Exam previously. I used your services again, this time, and it made the difference. If you want a national spokesman, you've got one in me! :)

Rob Kirchhoefer, Attorney

Dear Hugh,

I wanted you to be one of the first people to know that I passed the Florida Bar Exam. As you know, my background was in Spanish Civil Law, so I practically learned American Common Law with your guidance. For me, this experience has been like studying an LLM in Comparative Law with the perks of practicing law in the United States. My sincere gratitude goes to your staff and you for a job well done.

Cordially, Roberto

Hugh,

This is just a quick note of thanks to you and your team. I “smoked” the NM bar exam and will be sworn in this coming Monday. I received a 149 on the MBE.

I religiously followed your program and it worked even though I was out of law school for 8 years prior to the exam.

Thanks again.

Dear Hugh,

I just passed the Texas Bar Exam with your help. My final score was 723; I increased my score by 140 points!!! Can you believe it?! I owe this all to you; I did everything you said to do and it worked! It's nothing short of a miracle. Let me know if you want me to talk to your next group; I want to tell them how your tactics work where the others don't.

Thank you.

Dear Mr. Reed,

I took PMBR, BAR/BRI, and MicroMash (I met their pass guarantee, which isn't easy) and did not pass the bar the first time. The second time around I studied your materials and increased my score by about 70 points. Another friend that I told about your program, increased their score by about 50 points the second time and passed as well. Other friends had like results.

Your program makes sense, is concise, and tells it like it is. It gave me the tools I needed to pass. In law school, I was a member of the legal honors fraternity, Phi Delta Phi, I abjured a couple of classes and received an award from the faculty for being the most outstanding female graduate of my graduating class. Passing the bar is not about grades or your knowledge of the law so much as it is about form, strategy, and organization. You can "know" the law and still do poorly on the bar exam. You gave me the tools I needed and taught me how to use them efficiently and effectively. I felt like I was taking an invisible tool box into the exam that I opened up anytime I needed to utilize it. It was empowering.

One of my friends who did well with your materials and passed the second time around (he didn't have your materials the first time because he wouldn't listen to me and thought BAR/BRI was all he needed) summed it up in two words, "Hugh Rocks!"

I highly recommend your program to all the students at STCL and discourage all the other law schools from using your program because I want South Texas' bar pass rates to knock the others out of the ball park!!!!

Thank you again for such a great program.

Dear Mr. Reed,

I just found at last weekend that I passed the Georgia Bar Exam. After I failed the Georgia Bar exam the first time, I decided to try your 3 and 6 day-Audio course, which was the best decision I made in a long time! Your course helped me improve my MBE score by 23 points! The other courses tell you that you will do fine and pass but that is not always true. Your interactive course was practical and reasonable. The mnemonics, exam tips, CD lectures, and practice exams were very helpful! Thanks for offering such an excellent course!

Sana Ayubi

Dear Hugh,

The plain truth is every word written is absolutely accurate. Thank you for giving me the tools to become a licensed attorney in Michigan. I have taken almost every bar review course including BAR/BRI, The Study Group, and MicroMash. None of these courses prepared me as fully and completely as PassYourBar. Your unique approach to the essay and Multistate sections of the bar exam is unsurpassed. Having been out of law school (Detroit College of Law) for more than ten years, I thought my chances for success were slim to none. With the personalized attention, helpful mnemonics and a sure fire essay approach I passed with points to spare.

Thanks again for a truly exemplary program.

Sincerely,

Dear Potential Attorney,

I just received the news that I passed the Texas bar. I raised my score by 70 points! After failing the July Bar, I thought all was hopeless. I immediately contacted and began working with Hugh Reed. His no nonsense approach to the exam was just what I needed. His study kits allowed me to focus on what was tested. The first time I relied on the advice of other bar reviewers and tried to learn the entire body of law. It was an unsuccessful waste of time. Hugh taught me to study the exam. This strategy put me way above the passing mark. I couldn't have done this without Hugh and his guidance. Stop hesitating and sign up for PassYourBar.com. It is the best thing money can buy!

Thank you Hugh!

Good morning Mr. Reed. I would like to thank you for your course and materials. After failing the bar three times, I decided to use your services instead of the "other" large course I had used the three previous exams. Your course is designed to pass the bar and answer all the questions...except for the one my father asked me after finding out I had passed... "Why didn't you go to Hugh Reed the first time son?". I am pleased to say that I passed the exam with points to spare and will be getting sworn in later this afternoon.

Thank you

I passed! Hugh, your outstanding professional instruction related to both the essay and multiple choice questions, mnemonic devices, strategies and tactics, and instructional CD’s were essential to my success on the bar exam. I improved my bar score by over 60 points!!! PassYourBar.com is unparalleled in bar exam preparation. Thanks and I wish you the best in all of your future endeavors.

I normally would not want to publicize the fact that I failed the Texas bar exam numerous times, but now that I have passed I am so relieved and feel the need to share my news and let everyone know the easy way to pass the bar.

I never thought that I would use the word "easy" and "bar exam" in the same sentence, but Hugh Reed really makes it much easier than anyone else out there.

I used and PAID for every service out there including BAR/BRI, PMBR, MicroMash four times and it was not until my final attempt with Hugh that I was able to finish this chapter in my life. Using Hugh's one-on-one tutoring program is the way to do it. I was able to work full time and still study without that horrible feeling of being overwhelmed.

Don't make the same mistakes I did by carrying around 500 pound books and still never quite understanding what was going to be on that horrible exam!!!

Good luck to all of you!!

Hugh,

Grades just came out. I Passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanking you does not seem like enough. So many parts of your program are well above the other study courses. The individualized attention and confidence you instill in solving our problem areas. And of course the magic bullet: Under - Here - Therefore.

And my MBE score improved to 153 -- 25 points higher than my last effort.

I appreciate your time, patience, and interest in helping us become Licensed Attorneys.

Hello PassYourBar Staff,
I just wanted to let Hugh know and to give him my thanks because I finally passed the Illinois bar exam!!! I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am and that for the first time in 3 years I am free from those bar examiners. Hugh - I want you to know that you don't just teach, but that you give people an opportunity to take their lives back and to be liberated from the slavery which we are imprisoned with once we graduate from law school.

Thank you for what you do.

Sincerely,

Dear Hugh,

Your program was great. I really felt that you were instrumental in my passing the Texas Bar Exam on my fifth and last attempt. No one could have prepared me for the essay portion of the bar exam the way you did. I thought your mnemonics were awesome for the MBE. Using your mnemonics saved me time for the more difficult questions on the MBE. Also your approach to the procedure and evidence portion of the exam made the first day a breeze and helped set the tone for the rest of the exam.

Thank you.

Dear Hugh,

PassYourBar.com gave me exactly what I was lacking in other traditional bar review courses. Your study techniques Increased my understanding of the law and my test-taking speed. The personal attention I received throughout the course was exactly what I needed to stay motivated. Taking the PassYourBar course was a competent decision to start off my legal career. It was a smart investment.

Dear Hugh,

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you and your program. As you know, I finally passed the Texas Bar Exam and I have no reservation in saying that it was your individual tutorial that made the difference. Your rigorous study schedule, your availability to your students and your focus on the "technical" aspects of the test as well as the substantive information was invaluable. For any prospective students out there, pondering the most effective road to tackling this overwhelming challenge, let me say, you have found the road and your guide. Hugh and his staff put themselves on the line for you and if you hold up your end of the bargain, by following the recommended schedule, they will more than hold up their end of it. If only everyone knew about this choice before taking some other review course! My eternal gratitude to you and your staff for helping me to achieve my goal.

Dear Hugh,

Thank you so much for helping me pass the New York and Illinois Bar Exams. I graduated from a law school in South Africa and had to take the New York Bar Exam before I could sit for the Illinois Bar Exam...your one-on-one tutoring for both helped me pass both exams with plenty of points to spare.

Thank you so much!

Dear Hugh,

As you know, I passed the Virginia bar on my first attempt.. The Reed system appealed to me because it was possible to interact with you and have questions answered directly. While my interactions with BAR/BRI are limited, my experience has been that they typically rely on videotaped presentations, and, when there are actually live presenters, questions are not allowed during the presentations. The result is that if you have a specific question, you are relegated to standing in line with 20-30 other students after class hoping to get a minute of the instructor's time.

The Reed system provides its students with concise outlines, helpful mnemonics and extensive samples of ACTUAL previous essay questions. These resources enabled me to face the exam with confidence (including topics I did not study in law school).

Thanks for your help in preparing me for the exam.

Dear Bar Candidate,

If you are reading this it is probably because you have been unsuccessful on the bar exam or you need to pass the first time. People may have the heart, drive, perseverance and determination, however, sometimes something is missing that could have pushed them over the top and could have been the difference between success and failure.

My life was on hold for two years trying to pass with other bar reviews. Then, after three attempts and finally finding PassYourBar.com, I passed the Texas Bar. People ask me, time and again, whether PassYourBar.com and Hugh Reed helped and whether his fee was worth it. I passed didn't I? I owe a lot to Hugh Reed. Now, I can get my life in order and show all those who were skeptics, how good an attorney I will be. However, there is one caveat: do not waste your time and money or his if you are not ready to put in the time and effort. Results talk, everything else walks. Other testimonials and PassYourBar.com statistics are proof that Hugh Reed produces results.

Hugh pares down volumes of legal information into what is relevant for the bar exam. By employing precise lectures of 1-1/2 hours of applicable information, personal guidance and coaching, plus mnemonics for the MBE and the essay part, the course allows the bar exam candidate more efficient use of his/her time for successful preparation -- most importantly, it's guaranteed!

Colonel Reed,

I just passed the Illinois Bar Exam thanks to your one-on-one tutoring! As you know, I couldn't afford to fail having accepted a commission in the Marines--and to think I have an Army Colonel to thank for my success! I sought out your services because I just couldn't afford to put my life on hold; I had to pass the first time! Your personal coaching and guidance gave me the confidence to succeed. Hi Hugh,

I passed the Texas Bar Exam! This time I knew it when I walked out of the exam. I pulled the results from my past Texas bar exams; the first time I took the exam I scored a 135 on the MBE and a 623 on the total exam. After working with you I achieved a score of 148 on the MBE and a 683 over all, an improvement of 60 points!

Thanks for all you help.

Dear Hugh,

…I just found out I PASSED the last Texas Bar Exam on my fourth time because of your tutoring and mentoring. THANK YOU! I would recommend your one-on-one tutoring to anyone. I wish I had taken it on my first attempt instead of wasting a lot of money and time taking BAR/BRI and PMBR!

Dear Mr. Reed,

I just wanted to send a note of thanks. I found out I passed the Texas bar exam yesterday and I have to say that your program made a big difference. Hugh,

I passed the New Mexico bar exam. There is no way that I could have achieved this objective without your bar review, and your personal encouragement and feedback. Having graduated from law school in 1982 and not having taken a bar exam for 22 years and successfully passing on my first attempt should serve as a testimonial to your program.

Thank you again,

Dear Hugh/Prospective PassYourBar.com Student,

I just got my MBE results and my scaled score was a 141! After sitting several times for the Multistate, studying like crazy with other bar reviews, and not being successful, I am sure that the reason I passed was Hugh Reed and PassYourBar.com.

The secret was that Hugh Reed demanded one thing from me: follow his schedule everyday. Although I worked hard, I never felt overwhelmed by big outlines or had to learn esoteric concepts of law. Hugh and his program helped me focus on what was on the Bar Exam only! Plus, Hugh helped me pinpoint my weaknesses and build my learning to the point that I felt confident while studying.

Moreover, Hugh designed an approach that combined actual test questions, great, easy to follow lectures on tape, and prepared study materials and memory devices that made the law easy to remember. Finally, Hugh was so helpful in coaching my on study methods, stress reduction, etc., so that I was able to check into my hotel the night before the Bar and relax before the exam.

Hugh, I want to thank you personally for all of your support, encouragement and for this wonderful program. Thank you for helping me believe in myself and my own abilities. You have truly made a difference in my life.

Sincerely,

James Peterson

Dear Hugh,

It is with great excitement and gratitude that I am writing to you, having just passed last July's Texas Bar Exam! As you are aware, I was down to my fifth and final attempt at the Texas Bar, having taken both BAR/BRI and PMBR (multiple times!) without success.

Your small-group tutorial, coupled with your one-on-one "no nonsense" approach, was a different story altogether! Through your detailed group telephone conferences, realistic MBE diagnostics, and our one-on-one discussions, you helped me to recognize my weaknesses. Then, with your on-point compendium of frequently tested essay areas and your regular evaluations of my submitted practice work, I began to understand how to turn those weaknesses into opportunities to earn points!

Perhaps most of all, I am grateful for the sensible, organized approach you taught me for answering the Texas Essays. I was able to answer all questions thoroughly and efficiently, with no wasted time, and for the first time ever, I actually left the exam room with confidence!

Hugh, your help and guidance made the difference for me, and I can finally get on with my life…as an attorney! Thank you so much!

Sincerely,

Hello Hugh,

I took your course this past Summer. I am proud to say that I passed my Texas Bar Exam and am so relieved! I improved by 71 points [total score of 735!!!!] My MBE score was 146 which is an 11 point jump from my previous score.

I spoke with an acquaintance of mine from San Antonio/St. Mary's Law School who was unsuccessful on the July bar exam. He was so excited for me that when I told him all about your course and my score he has decided to sign up for your course.

I must say that I was surprised with my high score because aside from my test anxiety which caused me to see the text blurred off and on during the 3 agonizing days I came to find out 4 weeks ago that I have adult attention deficit disorder [distractibility]. This meant that I had taken my bar exams before while undiagnosed for adult ADD! Had it not been for your test taking strategies and your immediate guidance and consultation, I don't think that I would have passed under those conditions. Thanks a million!!!

Respectfully & thankfully,

Maria De Luna
University of Houston Law Center

Mr. Reed,

THANK YOU! I took BAR/BRI and PMBR, but I still was not 100% confident before I took last July's Texas Bar. After ordering and listening to your 3-day crash course for Texas; I thought I was set. I was right! I passed the Texas Bar Exam with almost 100 points to spare on the first try. Your materials were excellent, your mnemonics, checklists, and memory devices made cramming simple, and the package as a whole boosted my confidence through the roof! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

If there is anything I can do for you please do not hesitate to ask me. Your 3-day crash course got me way across the finish line.

THANKS AGAIN!

Kindest regards,

Gardner Eastland
Southern Methodist University

Hugh Reed's course taught me how to pass the Bar, period! I had made two attempts and felt like I was on the fringes of a career change. I had dog-eared the pages of other bar review courses (BAR/BRI and PMBR) but felt like there was just too much information to keep track of. I needed structure and a strategy.

Through Hugh's tapes, lectures, and one-on-one discussions, I was able to read, write and, most of all, present what the bar examiners expect. Now, I'm confident enough to make further attempts as I will be sitting for another state's bar soon. This is the best course money can buy; believe it!

Dear Hugh,

Thank you so much. I passed the Virginia Bar Exam. This was my fifth attempt so I really needed to pass. Previously I used BAR/BRI, PMBR, MicroMash and Study Group to no avail. The PassYourBar.com one-on-one tutorial was so interactive and strategically comprehensive, I overcame and dominated the exam.

The 6-day and 3-day MBE tutorials were very powerful. The 6-day review was unique with instant analysis. The 3-day review had issues and tips that were directly on point on my bar exam. The Multistate Bar Exam was actually easy to me. I found only one or two questions difficult and nothing caught me off guard. It was great!

Your mnemonics, checklists, and essay training were right on point. You gave me the tools to quickly analyze questions and answer them. I analyzed and wrote a thorough answer for one question within 15 minutes.

Having a visual disability, PassYourBar wide variety of material and testing techniques gave me the tools that best suited my needs. The teleconference classes were great--no time wasted commuting. The extensive collection of audiotapes was great. The emailed MBE questions allowed me to increase the font to suit my visual disability.

I thank God for finding you. I will never have to sit for the Virginia Bar Exam again.

Dear Hugh,

I can't tell you how much your small-class tutorials helped me pass the Alabama Bar Exam. Like everyone else, I took BAR/BRI and PMBR and was unsuccessful...until I heard about you. Your mnemonics, checklists, and clear guidance made the difference for me.

Thank you. Now I can finally start my life practicing law.

Hello Hugh,
I just wanted to thank you and tell you that using your tutoring helped me PASS the Alabama bar exam! Can you believe it! The pass rate for July was a grand 18% and since I started taking the exam here, it was never over 35%. I will tell you the Multistate materials of yours WERE the difference. My Multistate score was always pretty high (ranging from 130 to 145) but my 148 this time was the key to passing.

Also, your MBE and Alabama study guides are unbelievable. During the exam, I was offered $300 for the study guide. I had 6 people offer to buy my book; I could not believe it. They were all stunned at how detailed it was but also how quick it was to read (It takes around 5 to 10 minutes per subject).

Have a good day and I will talk with you later.

Thanks again Hugh, YOU and your course MADE the difference!

Have a nice day

Dear Hugh,

Thank you for helping me pass the Illinois bar exam.  I could not have done it with out your help!! The previous bar exam that I took last July I missed passing by 33 points.  I tried all the other bar exam courses and was never even close to passing.  I found that their materials and techniques for passing the bar were outdated.  What your course did for me was break down the material into a simple form, by giving great legal definitions and examples.   The most helpful part of the course was the MBE test tactics because they directed me to the right answer choice and kept me away from the sucker choices.  These tactics increased my MBE score by 20 points.

I also think that your essay writing tactics also helped me achieve a higher score on the Illinois and MEE essays by teaching me how to lay out my essays in simple way so that bar graders would give me the points I deserved.  One of the main reasons why the course is successful is due to fact that you care about your students and want them to pass. I did not get that same feeling from the other bar prep courses.   I know that my alma mater, The John Marshall Law School, is having trouble with their bar pass rate.  I think that your course would help a lot of the John Marshall students pass the bar exam. I would recommend your course to any person that is having trouble passing the bar or any first time taker.

Thank you once again for all your help and God Bless You!!

Sincerely,

James G.

Mr. Reed,

Thank you! I just passed the July Texas Bar Exam on the first try with 45 points to spare. While I also took PMBR and BAR/BRI, I kept getting lost in the "trees" of details. In the middle of my bar exam preparation efforts, I ordered your Texas 3-day crash course. Your mnemonics and quick checklists helped me to stay focused on the overall forest. In addition, your methods gave me huge boost of confidence.

I think you are exactly right when you draw an analogy between taking a bar exam and crash landing an airplane. In such a situation, you have very little time to think under such intense pressure. By having mnemonics and quick checklists in the front of your mind, you are able to react almost automatically and come to a safe landing. Your Texas 3-day crash course is a lifesaver and I highly recommend it for those taking the Texas Bar Exam.

Sincerely,

Albert Y. Solis

Dear Hugh,

Thank you...I finally passed the Texas bar on my fifth and last attempt. As a graduate of the Thurgood Marshall School of Law, many of my classmates and I took the bar several times. We all had taken BAR/BRI, many had taken BAR/BRI's MicroMash, most of us had taken PMBR. Most were unsuccessful with that approach. Finally your one-on-one tutoring made the difference. I passed the Texas bar on my last attempt with plenty of points to spare.

Dear Hugh,

I wish I had called you sooner...I found out about your success rate from someone who used your services for his fifth and last time taking the Texas Bar Exam. I had taken the Texas Bar Exam three times before finally passing it on my fourth attempt with your help. I honestly believe your interactive approach and helpful individualized focus on candidates' weaknesses is the key. If more candidates knew about you and, more importantly, used your services, there would be less unsuccessful examinees.

Dear Hugh,

Hope all is well in Chicago! Just wanted to let you know that I passed the Texas bar exam with a scaled MBE score of 136 on my last attempt! As you know, I have struggled with the bar in the past. Thanks to you and your materials I was successful on February's Texas exam and will be sworn in next week.

I previously used BAR/BRI and PMBR but was unsuccessful each time. I can honestly tell you, your individualized approach and unique strategies were far superior than any approach I had used before.

Thanks again for all of your help! I can now move on with my life!

Dear Mr. Reed,

I took your 3-day Texas "crash" course for the Feb 2003 Texas Bar. I had already passed the bar in Illinois and wanted a quick overview course of Multistate and Texas Law because of my work schedule (I run a division for a company). I did not want to enroll in BAR/BRI or PMBR because their courses are too long and they have too much
