SMALL CLASS TUTORING/COACHING:Our small class tutorials are limited in size
and focus on all parts of the bar exam. They generally meet two to three
times per week in a small-class setting (via interactive
technology/teleconferencing) and once a week with a tutor one-on-one to focus on
individual progress. The classes are scheduled and tailored not to conflict with
students’ other schedules.We
schedule our sections to repeat several times during the duration of the course
and a rolling enrollment policy ensures maximum flexibility for our students to
attend the various sections. Early sections start approximately five
months before the bar exam with the last section starting approximately one
month before the bar exam to accommodate late enrollments.
The classes
follow a perfect training cycle, i.e., 1) Description of learning objectives; 2)
Demonstration of mnemonics, checklists, and substantive law; 3) Execution of
demonstrated materials by the candidate; and 4) Review of work product with the
instructor. A continuous review of information critical to passing the bar exam
and providing continuous corrections to performance are an integral part of this
approach.
