ONE-ON-ONE Instruction/COACHING:  PREPARATION FOR ALL PARTS OF YOUR BAR EXAM.

One-on-One Instruction/Coaching: We will provide personalized performance-based training with a bar exam expert preparing you for all parts of your bar exam, assuring your maximum performance. This includes continuous interaction with your personal tutor, our 6-day and 3-day Multistate courses, over 600 flashcards, outlines, diagnostic tests and our interactive TESTMASTER™ software. Additionally, we will provide you our Multistate Tactics tapes with test tips, mnemonics, memory devices, complete essay writing and performance test training. Our personalized and interactive training will be accomplished via scheduled telephone seminars, facsimile, email, and/or mail to provide continuous advice and counsel on how to score the maximum points on the bar exam. Daily meetings with your coach are provided to closely monitor your progress assuring your maximum performance on the bar exam. This is the most effective method available to pass your bar examination and the program candidates have experienced the highest pass rate.

Payment Options: We accept Visa, Discover, & Master Card and can bill law firms or corporations directly. We can accept the following payment plans. One-On-One Instruction Option 1: Payment in Full Save $500 dollars instantly by paying your tuition in full. Tuition is $14.495.00, minus a $500 discount for paying in full. Total Tuition is $13,995.00    One-On-One Instruction Option 2: Two Equal Payments An initial payment of $7247.50 and a second payment of $7247.50 due 4 weeks before the bar exam. Total Tuition of $14,495.00    One-On-One Instruction Option 3: Installment Plan An initial payment of $6995.00 and 4 equal payments of $2000.00 over a period of 4 consecutive months. Full payment must be received 4 weeks prior to the bar exam. Includes a $500 installment plan fee. Total tuition of $14,995.00    THE GUARANTEED PASS PROGRAM: We guarantee your results so long as you complete all mandatory work assignments. We cannot review nor guarantee your results if you do not submit your work product on a timely basis or miss lectures. We require the following: All diagnostic practice exams must be completed and submitted for grading. A minimum of five complete Multistate Bar Exams must be submitted for grading on scantron sheets provided. Essay writing samples must be submitted for grading and issues/rules for the past ten examinations must be submitted for review. A minimum of 90% of assigned homework must be submitted for evaluation and all scheduled individual sessions with your tutor must be attended. If for any reason you are unsuccessful on your bar examination, having completed the minimum requirements set out above, we will work with you without any additional tuition fee until you pass your bar examination. If you do not fulfill the minimum requirements or chose to prepare for a state other that that which was originally contracted, an additional fee will be assessed. Sincerely yours, Hugh Reed
